"The Five People You Meet in Heaven" is a fictional story about an eighty-three year old war veteran, Eddie. He dies in a tragic accident at the Ruby Pier and he awakens in the afterlife. I really enjoy reading this book and I think it would get more and more interesting as I go on with it.

The book I'm currently reading is a mystery novel written by Mark Haddon called "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time". So far I've just started to read and the story started off with the protagonist Christopher John Francis Boone narrating the night when the dog was killed and he was being questioned by a policeman. So far I'm enjoying this book quite a lot since the incident was really mysterious and I would like to know more.

The book that I am reading right now is called "The Boy In the Striped Pyjamas". It is about the totally different boys, Bruno and Shmuel being friends while their friendship brings Bruno out of innocent to the reality. I enjoy reading this because I find it interesting that Bruno grows in every chapter, where he learns more about reality through talking and meeting with Shmuel.

I am currently reading Stephen King's "Carrie". Carrie White is a teenage girl with telekinetic ability, trying to adjust to puberty while coping with her religious mother. It is widely considered as a thriller, as the author incorporates striking, vivid and dark imagery. Furthermore, it is told from various points of view and I'd recommend it for anyone with an interest in dark novels.

The book that i am currently reading is "How Starbucks Saved My Life" by Michael Gill. It is about how the author found his way after being fired from his job. It is really interesting to know about how life is like working in Starbucks, and you never know what surprise you will find in there.

I've just started a new book by John Boyne, called "The Terrible Thing That Happened To Barnaby Brocket". My fellow classmates may have heard of this, as we all went to his talk in CDNIS early this school year. This book obviously is a fictional book and I reckon it's categorized in the adventure genre. So anyway, the protagonist is Barnaby Brocket, who apparently floats while the others walk. His parents are somewhat ashamed and they let him go. This story, depicts Barnaby's adventure of exploring the world with mingled feelings. I can't wait to read Barnaby's magical journey around the world.

I am currently reading ''Change of Heart'' by Judi Picoult. I have always enjoyed Judi's novels as it is usually entertaining and mysterious. I like how she writes from the different point of view of the various characters. The first 10 pages of the novel already revealed that the protagonist June's husband died and she is expecting a new born baby with her new husband, yet the constructor killed both her husband and her 4 year old daughter. Very emotional gripping.

I have just started the book "All American Girl" by Meg Cabot. This book focuses on a girl, Samantha. The book reveals the life of an ordinary American girl and I really enjoy reading it so far because the languages and descriptions are really modern and funny. I think this book is suitable for me to read because Samantha is also about my age. I hope I will discover more about her life while I continue to read the book.

I have recently finished "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky. It is basically about a 15 year old boy - Charlie, and the events he faces during an entire school year, dealing with the awkward phases of adolescence. The book uses "Dear Friend" at the beginning of each chapter, establishing a close bond between the reader and the protagonist. The language used is also quite simple and honest. A lot of allusions are included in the book, of other books, music and films, cleverly reflecting the protagonist's state of mind.

Book Review:
The book “From the earth to the moon” was very interesting to read. From the start of the plan and the wild goal to send a rocket to the moon, to the creation and at the end the launch, there were multiple difficulties and climaxes that the Gun Club has faced, but under the great team sprit and hard work, the have achieved the final goal. As it ends part one of the book, by marking the success of the launch of the rocket, which is know as the “great leap in mankind”. There is a sequel to the book, where Verne narrates the adventures that President Marston and his company faces. I really loved reading the book, I look forward to reading books, from other genres to broaden my experience in english reading.

I have just started a book called 127 Hours by Aron Ralston. It is about a real life incident that happened to the author while hiking, forcing him to make an extremely desperate act of cutting off his arm after about a week of scarce food, water and warmth. It's written really honestly and in great detail because of how it's based on a true story and is the main reason I chose this book.

The book I have read is "The Economic Naturalist" by Robert H Frank. The content of the book is surrounding about the global economics which I am very interested to. It explains lots of reason that why the companies make their product in specific ways, eg. why do brown eggs cost more than white ones?, why is there a light in your fridge but not in freezer?. Those are some interesting questions that people never thought about and the book can always explain with you in a economic perspective. It can help us know more about different areas of knowledge and I would recommend this book to the friends who are interested into economics too. :D

I am currently reading City of Fallen Angels from the Mortal Instruments series, a fantasy series written by Cassandra Clare. It is about how a young girl, Clary, discovers herself being involved in a fantasy world full of vampires, faeries etc. Overall, the series is simply based on her self-discovery, finding her true identity and pursuing what she believes in.
I would definitely recommend this series to anyone, because it is very entertaining to read.

The book that I am reading is "Start Something that Matters" and it is written by the founder of the shoe company - Toms. I have read the book half way through and so far it has introduced me how the company was founded. I don't really enjoy the book because I think it is kind of boring and I don't like to read these type of books (business). However, this book makes me understand more about the shoe company and I appreciated the author because he does everything to help the children in needed.

I am currently reading ''What I Wish I Knew When I was 20''. This book is very, very interesting. I enjoyed chapter one a-lot. What would you do if you were given only 5 dollars and 2 hours to make money? Stupid people would buy a lottery ticket, most would make a lemonade stand or something along that line. What about Stratford University students? They made 600 dollars within that 2 hours. Guess how.

I've finished my previous book and now I'm currently reading the book called "Little Girls Lost" by J.A. Kerley. in the beginning of the story, children are missing and the latest case was a girl named Lashella being missing from her bedroom. There were no clues found and the case is continued to be investigated. Although the story seemed interesting, but I think the author has been over emphasizing on small details that are uncesscesary.

But something when wrong with the system, and Cassia found out that she was originally matched with a boy called Ky.
